And I have never had any problems around my home since I have this system. Anyone thinking about getting a security system for a good price and outstanding support get a nightowl. Now I can check on my dog all the time plus worry free system. Thank you very much for the person that helped me. They walked me through the steps and was very understanding with me because I'm not good with computers and app on my phone. Called customer support again and the person I chated with was the most helpful customer service person I have ever delt with. Had problems getting it hooked on my phone. So I could watch my old dog when he's in the yard. So today I thought I'd hook it up to my mobile phone. I have had it running for over a year 24/7 and have had no problems with it at all. After chating with support I couldn't believe the picture. It took a bit of drilling and running the cable about 3 hours for 4 camera's only because o ran it through the attic. And ordered a night owl 8.0 4k HYBRID wired unit. I saw night owl and the cost was in my price range. I had a out her security system but it failed when something went on in front of my home.
